Wanderline Travel Co. was founded in 2015 by Eleanor Whitmore, a seasoned travel professional who had spent two decades exploring the hidden corners of Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Frustrated by the impersonal nature of mass-market travel, she established a different kind of agency—one built on intimate destination knowledge and genuine relationships.
What began as a small consultancy in a converted barn on the Somerset Levels has grown into a respected boutique agency, yet our principles remain unchanged. Every itinerary we create is born from firsthand experience, crafted with the same care we would plan our own journeys.
